Return Policy We will replace any defective item. You will need to call StunGuardStore.com at 1-866-917-4746 or e-mail Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and further instructions. If you have not received your RMA number within 48 hours, please contact us again. There is a 20% restocking fee for the return of non-defective items with a RMA number. Remember, no returns without a RMA number. For orders that are returned due to being unclaimed (usually requiring a signature and held by USPS or UPS for 2 weeks after a delivery attempt) there is a 50% restocking fee. Once a return is received we will determine whether or not it is defective and then process your request. Replacements will be shipped back to you. We will e-mail you once the return has been processed to inform you of the status of the return. StunGuardStore.com does not pay for shipping on returned items or refund shipping on returned items. Backorder Policy Due to the popularity of some of our products, especially the TASER® brand devices, stock levels change daily. If we're out of your choice at the time of order, do not worry. If a backorder has not been posted yet at the time of your purchase, we will e-mail or call and to let you know. You will have the opportunity to get a refund, be put on backorder status, or make an alternate selection.Backordered items are updated with an expected restock date as soon as soon as possible.
