Return Policy

We will replace any defective item. You will need to call StunGuardStore.com at 1-866-917-4746 or e-mail Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and further instructions.  If you have not received your RMA number within 48 hours, please contact us again. There is a 20% restocking fee for the return of non-defective items with a RMA number. Remember, no returns without a RMA number.  For orders that are returned due to being unclaimed (usually requiring a signature and held by USPS or UPS for 2 weeks after a delivery attempt) there is a 50% restocking fee.

Once a return is received we will determine whether or not it is defective and then process your request. Replacements will be shipped back to you.  We will e-mail you once the return has been processed to inform you of the status of the return. StunGuardStore.com does not pay for shipping on returned items or refund shipping on returned items.

Backorder Policy

Backordered items are updated with an expected restock date as soon as soon as possible.

Shipping Policy

1. No International Orders. No shipments to Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Wisconsin; or the cities of Annapolis, MD , Baltimore, MD, District of Columbia, Denison, IA, or Philadelphia, PA; or to Baltimore County, MD or Crawford County, IA. No sales to minors under 18 years of age.
   
   
2. Who will deliver my order?
   All orders are shipped by UPS or USPS, except P.O. Box addresses.  USPS is used to send to valid PO Box addresses.
   
   
3. Do you charge sales taxes on my order?
   Currently we charge no sales taxes, except for orders sent to the state of SC, which have SC state and Newberry local sales taxes (8% total) applied.
   
   
4. What are your shipping charges?
   When shipping to the contiguous 48 states the shipping charges for your entire order are as follows:
   
   

   $0.01	-	$49.99	=	$6.50 S&H
   $50.00	-	$99.00	=	$9.50 S&H
   $100.00	and	above	=	FREE S&H

   
   When shipping to Alaska, the shipping charges for your entire order are as follows:
   
   

   $.01	-	$49.99	=	$31.50 S&H
   $50.00	-	$99.99	=	$34.50 S&H
   $100.00	and	above	-	$25.00 S&H

   
   
5. How long does it take to receive an order?
   StunGuardStore.com uses UPS Ground or USPS Priority to ship all orders, except to P.O. Box addresses. All orders are processed as received and then sent to the warehouse for shipment. We will try to ship the same business day we receive your order. The warehouse delivers the orders to UPS and USPS at 4:00 PM EST Monday - Friday.
